OFSTED inspections focus on the quality of education, pupils’ personal development, behaviour and attitudes, and the effectiveness of leadership and management. At Giles Junior, we strive to ensure that teaching is purposeful and engaging, classrooms are safe and supportive, and pupils are encouraged to be confident learners. We work closely with families to reinforce positive routines and values, helping children make progress academically and develop strong character.
